The International Dairy Federation was founded
in 1903. It is both a forum for discussion and exchange and
a dairy information centre, created by and for the dairy sector.
It amplifies communication within the dairy sector
through its 39 member countries and serves as a link between
the dairy sector and other international organizations. It
is a source of scientific and technical expertise and of influence
in the dairy sector. |

Dairy UK has brought together dairy processors,
farming representatives, co-ops and bottle milk buyers to
form an organisation that embraces and gives full priority
to the views and opinions of all those involved the industry. |

AHDB Dairy is a levy-funded, not-for-profit organisation working on behalf of Britain's dairy farmers.
It provides products and services to improve the sustainability of British dairy farming by providing independent, evidence-based information on:
- Feed and forage
- Genetic imporvement
- Animal fertility, health and welfare
- Business skills and market intelligence

The Society of Dairy Technology (SDT), founded
in 1943, is the professional organisation dedicated to the
advancement of Dairy Science and Technology in the British
and Irish dairy industries. The Society organises Conferences,
Symposia and Residential Courses on relevant technical topics;
and it publishes the renowned “International Journal
of Dairy Technology”, and a range of Technical Publications/Manuals.
A “Technical Forum” section on its website provides
answers to technical questions, based on the Society possessing,
through its members, a specialist and unique knowledge base
in Dairy Technology. |
